This Fourth Amendment, dated as of March 25, 2019 (this “Fourth Amendment”), is made to that certain Third Amended Employment Agreement (as further described below) by and between Steven Madden, Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and Steven Madden (the “Employee”).
