At the date hereof, each American Depositary Share represents one Share which is either deposited or subject to deposit under the Deposit Agreement (as defined below) at the principal Stockholm office of Svenska Handelsbanken or the principal Stockholm office of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (herein collectively called the "Custodian"), as agent for the Depositary.
