THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 1, 2006, by and between Altair Nanomaterials, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), Altair Nanotechnologies Inc., a Canadian corporation (“Parent” together with the Company and all consolidated subsidiaries of the Parent (the “Consolidated Company”)), and Bruce J. Sabacky (“Employee”).
