AMHERST, N.Y. and WOODLAND HILLS, CA (March 20, 2007) -- HEALTHSPORT, INC. (OTCBB: HSPO), a developer and marketer of branded nutritional supplements in a one-of-a-kind edible film strip delivery system, announced today an agreement to extend the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger dated January 31, 2007 with INNOZEN(R), INC.
