GUARANTY. For good and valuable consideration, AcuNetx, Inc. ("Guarantor") absolutely and unconditionally guarantees and promises to pay to Randolph C. Robinson, MD ("Lender") or its order, all obligations of OrthoNetx, Inc. ("Borrower") to Lender under that certain Amended and Extended Promissory Note of Borrower to Lender in the principal amount of Two Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty One and 25/100 DOLLARS ($268,551.25) executed substantially simultaneously herewith (the "Note").
