THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of August 4, 2008, is by and between Scott W. Bodenweber, an individual (“PURCHASER”), and Don Marcos Trading Co., a Florida corporation (“SELLER”) (collectively, the “PARTIES”).
