Through friendly consultation, Party A and Party B have reached this Agreement on the issue of Party B’s production and cultivation on Party A’s Vegetable Cultivation Base covering an area of 130 mu (one hundred and thirty mu) (equivalent of 21.42 acres) and located at Dabakou Squad of Tong’an Zhuba Farm New Village Administration Area by contract under the terms and conditions set forth as follows:

With a view to enhancing mutual growth of the Parties, and promoting the Cooperative’s capacity in the supply of lands and products and cooperation projects, this Agreement is signed by and between the Parties for the purpose of increasing common interests through cooperation to develop to the full their respective strengths.
