The following terms and conditions (both Part A and Part B) are agreed between each party signing this Agreement as customer (each a "Customer") and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (the "Bank" which includes all the branches and offices of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. wherever situated), on the date specified in the Schedule to this Agreement.
