PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California Corporation ("PG&E" or "Buyer"), and RTR GLOBALINVESTMENTS. LLC ("Seller")I hereby enter into this Power Purchase Agreement ("Agreement"). Seller and PG&E are sometimes referred to in this Agreement jointly as "Parties" or individually as "Party."
