This Amended and Restated Share Exchange Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 21, 2012 by and among Lustros Inc. (f.k.a. Power-Save Energy Company), a Utah corporation (the “Company”), Bluestone, S.A., a “closed” Chilean corporation (“Bluestone”), Fidelity Trust (Switzerland) A.G., a Swiss corporation ("Fidelity"), Angelique de Maison ("de Maison"), Juan Carlos Camus Villegas ("Camus") and Alfredo Rovaldo Manfredi Aguirre ("Manfredi"), and amends and restates in its entirety that certain Share Exchange Agreement dated March 9, 2012 (the "Original Agreement"), effective as of March 9, 2012 (the "Effective Date").
