This Limited Partnership Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of the 8th day of March 2013, by and between (i) Bayou City Exploration, Inc., a Nevada corporation, as the Managing General Partner and (ii) the Persons whose names are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, as Additional General Partners or as Limited Partners.
