THIS MATERIAL SUPPLY AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Material Supply Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 9th day of April, 2013, by and between Can Cal Resources, Ltd., a Nevada corporation, as supplier (hereinafter referred to as “Can-Cal” or “Supplier”) and Candeo Lava Products Inc., an Alberta corporation, as customer, (hereinafter referred to as “Candeo” or “Customer”).
