This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 5th day of March, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Stratus Media Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation with an address at 1800 Century Park East, 6th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90067 (the “Company”), and Stephen M. Simes, a natural person (“Executive”).
