This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 31st day of March , 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between RESTORGENEX CORPORATION, a Nevada corporation with an address at 1800 Century Park East, 6th Floor, Los Angeles, California 90067 (the “Company”), and DAVID SHERRIS, Ph.D., a natural person with a residence at 37 Neillian Crescent, Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts 02130 (“Executive”).
