This Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 24, 2014, by and among LiveDeal, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Buyer”), Modern Everyday Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Byron Hsu (“Seller”).
