The contracting party, Applied Optoelectronics, Inc., Taiwan Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee"), together with the joint guarantor (hereinafter referred to as the "Guarantor") apply with CFC including the parent company and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as the "Lessor") for finance lease. The Parties agree to enter into an agreement as follows:
