This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jim Schutz (the “Executive”), and Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), as of July 26, 2016 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement replaces that certain employment agreement dated as of June 20, 2013 and entered into by and between the Executive and the Corporation.
