This Full Recourse Promissory Note (the “Note”) is hereby tendered by Warren Jenson, an individual (“Promissor”) to Electronic Arts Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) as provided in that Letter Agreement dated June 21, 2002 between Promissor and the Company (the “Letter Agreement”).

THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LEASE (“Amendment No. 1”) is made to be effective as of May 20, 2002 (“Effective Date”), by and between CALIFORNIA PLAZA AT WALNUT CREEK, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (“Landlord”), and ELECTRONIC ARTS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”). All terms and phrases which are capitalized in this Amendment No. 1 shall have the same meaning and definition as those set forth in the Lease unless otherwise stated in this Amendment No. 1.
