This Manufacturing and Distribution License Agreement (the “Agreement”), is entered into effective as of the date of the last signature hereto (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”), by and between Microbest, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, having an office at 751 Park of Commerce Dr., #122, Boca Raton, Florida 33487, (“MICROBEST”) and Purity Products, Inc., a Florida corporation, having an office at 1930 N.W. 70th Ave., Miami, Florida 33126 (“PURITY PRODUCTS”).
