Wilson Bridge Road, Worthington, Ohio 43085, USA (the “Client”), and VSOURCE (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia, with principal business address at Level 12, Menara HLA, No. 3 Jalan Kia Peng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Vsource”).
