(“Company”), pursuant to its 2006 Stock Incentive Plan (“Plan”) and the 2006 Stock Incentive Plan Master Restricted Stock Unit Agreement (“Master Restricted Stock Unit Agreement”) previously entered into by the parties, hereby grants to the “Employee” identified below ______ Restricted Stock Units. The Restricted Stock Units are subject to all of the terms and conditions as set forth herein and in the Master Restricted Stock Unit Agreement and the Plan, both of which are incorporated herein in their entirety.
