EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of February 12, 2007, between P&F INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and RICHARD A. HOROWITZ (the “Executive”).
