This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 3, 2023, by and among Kingstone Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Gregory Fortunoff (the “Board Observer”) and Scott Fortunoff (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investor Group”). Each Investor and the Company is a “Party” to this Agreement, and collectively they are the “Parties”.
