This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective January 1, 2014 by and between Tesco Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada (hereinafter referred to as “Employer” or the “Company”) and Christopher L. Boone (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”). Employer and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
