This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective December 19, 2014 by and between Tesco Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada (hereinafter referred to as “Employer” or the “Company”) and Fernando Assing (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”). Employer and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually referred to as a “Party.” This Agreement supersedes the Employment Agreement between the Employer and Executive dated May 11, 2010, and all amendments thereto (collectively the “Prior Agreement”) in its entirety and the Prior Agreement is hereby terminated except as specifically provided herein with respect to Sections 8 and 9 of the Prior Agreement.
