This Rescission Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of May 14, 2010, by and between Asian Trends Media Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“ATDH" or the “Company”), and Global Mania Empire Management Ltd., a Hong Kong company (“Global”) and the owners and shareholders of Global (the “Shareholder”). This Agreement rescinds a certain Agreement for Share Exchange dated May 1, 2010.
