This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 20th day of June, 2016 between Coty Services UK Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with the company number 325646 (the “Company”) and Patrice de Talhouët (“Executive”). The Company is a direct or indirect subsidiary of Coty Inc., ("Coty Inc") which has its head offices at 350 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10118.
