THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made on October 3, 2018 to be effective as of October 22, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CORE MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and DAVID L. DUVALL (“Executive”).
