HAAKE, an individual residing at [________] (the “Employee”), SB ONE BANK, a New Jersey state chartered commercial bank with its principal place of business located at 100 Enterprise Drive, Suite 700, Rockaway, New Jersey, 07866 (the "Bank"), and SB ONE BANCORP, a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business located at 100 Enterprise Drive, Suite 700, Rockaway, New Jersey, 07866 (the "Company"). The Bank and the Company are sometimes collectively referred to herein as "Employer".
