THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of August 23, 2019, by and between SONIC FOUNDRY, INC. (“Sonic Foundry” or the “Company”), a Maryland corporation having its principal offices at 222 West Washington Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin 53703, and Michael Norregaard (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”).
