THIS AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of September 24, 2013, by and among WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Lender”) and STARTEK, INC., a Delaware corporation, STARTEK USA, INC. , a Colorado corporation, and STARTEK HEALTH SERVICES, INC., a Colorado corporation (each a “Borrower”).
