THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ( the “Agreement”) is deemed effective as of the 1st day of January, 2002, by and between INLAND NORTHWEST BANK, a Washington–state chartered commercial bank (“Bank”) and RANDALL L. FEWEL (“Employee”).
