This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Michael J. Lavington (the “Executive”) and Gevity HR, Inc., a Florida Corporation (the “Company”), and shall become effective as of the date upon which Executive receives final approval of his application for authorization to work in the United States (the “Effective Date”).
