THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of May 8, 2019 (the "Effective Date"), by and between MICHAEL MAGNUSSON (the "Executive"), JETFLEET MANAGEMENT CORP., (the "JMC") and AEROCENTURY CORP. (“ACY” or the “Company”). ACY, JMC and Executive may be referred to together as the "Parties."
