THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (as amended, supplemented or extended from time to time, this “Agreement”) is entered into this August 1st, 2009, by and between CirTran Corporation., a Nevada corporation (the “Employer” or “Company”), and Iehab J. Hawatmeh (“Employee”) and amends and restates in their entirety (i) the Employment Agreement between Employer and Employee dated July 1, 2004 and (ii) and the Amendment to Employment Agreement between Employee and Employer dated January 4, 2007.
