CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of April 21, 2016, among RADIO ONE, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto from time to time, and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent.
