This Credit Agreement is entered into as of August 1, 2011, between STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION, a Wisconsin corporation (the “Company”) and BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., a national banking association (the “Lender”).

SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of August 1, 2011, made by STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION, a Wisconsin Corporation (“Grantor,” and together with any other entity that may become a party hereto as provided herein, the “Grantors”), in favor of BMO HARRIS BANK N.A. (the “Lender”), who is the Lender under the Credit Agreement dated as of the date hereof (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), between STRATTEC Security Corporation (in such capacity, the “Borrower”) and the Lender.
