This Separation, Consulting, and Non-compete Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Richard T. Fedor, a resident of Connecticut (the “Consultant”), and GameTech International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), effective as of the 18th day of November, 2010 (the “Effective Date”).
