Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of April 24, 2015, among ECE II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, EPR North US LP, a Delaware limited partnership, Burbank Village, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (each, a “Guaranteeing Subsidiary” and, collectively, the "Guaranteeing Subsidiaries"), EPR Properties, a Maryland real estate investment trust formerly known as Entertainment Properties Trust (the “Issuer”), the other Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to below), and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
