Upon execution by you and Hypercom, this Agreement will amend and restate in its entirety the current employment agreement, as amended to date, between you and Hypercom Corporation (“Hypercom” or the “Company”) with respect to the terms of your employment with the Company, and will constitute your employment agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Company.
