(formerly known as LaSalle Bank National Association) (herein, together with its successors in interest, the “Trustee”), Heritage Financial Corporation, a Washington corporation (the “Successor Company”), and Washington Banking Company, a Washington corporation (the “Company”) and the “Company” under the Indenture.
