This Agreement is made as of this October 28, 2002, by and between Roanoke Technology Corp., (“the Company”) a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of Florida, with offices at 539 Becker Drive, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina 27870 and Christopher Ebersole (“the Consultant”).
