Second Amended and Restated 2007 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) will have the same defined meanings in this Global Outside Director Nonstatutory Stock Option Award Agreement, including the general terms and conditions for all non-U.S. Participants and the additional terms and conditions for certain countries, all as set forth in the appendix attached hereto (the “Appendix” and, together with the Global Outside Director Nonstatutory Stock Option Award Agreement, the “Award Agreement”).
