In connection with the cessation of my service with Amkor Technology, Inc. (“Company”) as an officer and employee, and in order to settle as fully as possible all known and unknown claims I, John C. Stone, might have against the Company and all related parties, the Company and I enter into this Separation and Release Agreement (“Agreement”). I acknowledge that my last day of employment is March 31, 2022 (the “Separation Date”), and (whether I sign this Agreement or not) I will be paid my accrued, unpaid salary, any accrued, unused paid time off, and any unreimbursed business expenses through such date.
