On and after the effective date of this agreement, the Ceding Company will automatically cede to MARC its quota share as defined in Exhibit II. MARC will automatically accept such quota share within the limits shown in Exhibit II, provided the Ceding Company keeps its retention share and applies its simplified issue underwriting standards in Exhibit IX.
