THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of August 28, 2000, by and among Aegis Communications Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Parent"), Advanced Telemarketing Corporation, a Nevada corporation ("ATC"), IQI, Inc., a New York corporation ("IQI") (together, ATC and IQI are referred to as the "Company"), and Joseph Marinelli ("Employee").
