This Sale and Servicing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into effective as of October 15, 2003, among Household Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-HC2, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), Household Mortgage Funding Corporation III, a Delaware corporation, as depositor (the "Depositor"), Household Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation, as master servicer (the "Master Servicer"), and JPMorgan Chase Bank, a New York banking corporation, as Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders (in such capacity, the "Indenture Trustee").
