CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of April 27, 2004 among EDISON MISSION ENERGY, a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of Delaware (the "Borrower"), the various financial institutions as are or may become parties hereto (collectively, the "Lenders"), the Issuing Lenders and CITICORP NORTH AMERICA, INC.
