This Master Agreement for Products and Services ("Agreement") is entered into effective as of the 14th day of May 2004 ("Effective Date"), by and between E.F. Johnson Company located at 1440 Corporate Dr., Irving, TX 75038 ("Johnson") and McDonald Technologies International Inc., a Texas corporation located at 1920 Diplomat Drive, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234 ("Supplier"). (Johnson and Supplier are, collectively, referred to as the "Parties" or individually, as a "Party.")
