FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE (the "Fourth Amendment"), is made this 21st day of December, 2004, by and between THE MANUFACTURERS LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (USA) (as "Landlord") and THE WILLIAM CARTER COMPANY (as "Tenant").
